ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court IHC on Tuesday requested the arraignment in the Noor Mukadam murder case to share proclamations of the observers and other significant proof with the charged.
Equity Aamer Farooq, notwithstanding, turned down a solicitation looking for a duplicate of the CCTV film that was utilized to ensnare the homegrown staff of the fundamental charged and validated the claims against the other blamed people.

The court turned down the solicitation for the CCTV film, seeing that since the indictment should create the recording as proof during the preliminary procedures, the significant time for looking for the recording is the questioning of the observers.
