Pakistan got 75% aviation score nasirk

PAKISTAN GOT A 75% AVIATION SCORE

According to the International Civil Association Organization, Pakistan topped the list of countries achieving aviation targets with a score of seventy percent. According to the report, 46 countries, including Pakistan, have succeeded in implementing more than  75% security standards.

It was further observed that the number of aviation accidents in the year 2019 increased by 16 % as compared to the previous years. The accident rate in one million was 2.9 percent.
The report reviews safety standards based on aviation law crew training, aircraft licensing, accident investigations and navigation services.

In July this year, PIA approved the IATA Operational Safety Audit for the maintenance of flights to the European Union, the United Kingdom and the United States. However, the national flag-bearing civil association is waiting for the authority to be audited by ICA.

The minister unveiled a report on May 22, a month after the plane crash in Karachi, in which 98 people were killed. The PIA flights were banned for the European Union and the United Kingdom, while the United States fell into its category.
Until then, PIA flights had been banned for the European Union and the United Kingdom, while the United States had reduced its category.

PIA spokesman Abdullah Hafeez said that earlier PIA was struggling to start direct flights to the United States, but Transport Safety Administration officials visited Islamabad Airport several times and PIA Agreed to go directly to the United States. After all, the United States has banned most flights from Britain.

In July, the aviation minister said an ICAO team's visit to Pakistan had been postponed due to coronavirus epidemics. The minister said the ICAO team was scheduled to visit Pakistan from July 5 to 15 but was expected to arrive in September or October.
