                   Notice Inviting Tenders

       Terms and Conditions:-

1.      No tender will be sold/issued on the date of opening of tenders and in case of public holiday, the receipt and opening of tenders will be the next working day.

2.      No tender will issued/received through post, telegraph, or e-mail.

3.      Bid security in the shape of Deposit at call in favor of the Executive Engineer, Central Civil Division No.v Pak.P.W.D.Islamabad issued by any scheduled bank must be submitted as follows, failing which the tender would be liable to be summarily rejected.

4.      i)2%(two percent only)of the estimated cost given above is to be deposited at the time of submission of the application for issuance of the tenders. (ii) The remaining2%(two percent only)of the difference amount if any between the estimated cost and The quoted bid cost is to be submitted along with the sealed bid.

5.      Tender notice is also available at PPRA Website (wwe.ppra.org.pk)

6.      Under Rule 33(1)of Public Procurement Rules, 2004, the competent authority reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of bid or proposal.

7.      The submission of tenders by the contractors imply that he is fully conversant with the site of work, the scope of work, and terms and conditions as laid down in the tender documents.

Note Uncontested Tenders will be sold unto 07.09.2021 will be received back on 10.09.2021 up to 11.00 am and will be opened at 11.30 am while other Terms

& Conditions will remain the same.
